Registration Process: After purchasing an institutional package, the institutional coordinator will be asked to provide the full name and individual email address of every participating professor and student. Each participant must be registered separately and will receive individual conference access.
Student Status Verification: For institutional packages, student status may be confirmed by the institutional coordinator, an official institutional email address, or an official document from the participating institution.

A limited number of Early Bird institutional packages is available. Early Bird institutional registration may close before 5 September 2026 if the allocated capacity is reached.
Every individual ticket and every institutional group package includes complimentary access to two additional live online Zoom sessions for registered conference participants. The sessions are planned for early December 2026. Exact dates and times will be announced later.
